Welcome to The Conflict Decoder Online Pilot Program!

Thanks so much for joining me to pilot this program. There’s one more step to finalize your registration – after you’ve read the rest of the welcome message, please complete the form at the bottom of the page.

Once I receive your completed form, I’ll be in touch to get you your workbook and Collaboration in a Box card deck, which you will need to complete the program. I’ll also be adding you to the training platform (Ruzuku) where you will have access to all 8 modules of the training content. You can review them on your own schedule, as quickly or as a spread out as you like. As you go through the videos in each module, you will be able to comment and ask questions directly in the training platform, engaging with me and other students.

As a bonus, I’ll be facilitating 4 optional live online reflection sessions. You do not have to participate to get the benefit from the program, but you’ll find them valuable if you are able to fit them into your schedule. Each will focus on a different aspect of the program and you will want to have completed those modules before participating in the live sessions. I will also record the live sessions and share them in the training portal for later review should you be unavailable to join us and want to check them out.

I’m testing various meeting times to get a sense of which appeals most. Here is the schedule (all times are in AST):

• Bonus Session 1: December 4, 9:00-10:30am (reflection activities for Modules 1-2)
• Bonus Session 2: December 18, 3:30-5:00pm (reflection activities for Modules 3-4)
• Bonus Session 3: January 7, 11:30am-1:00pm (reflection activities for Modules 5-6)
• Bonus Session 4: January 21, 3:30-5:00pm (reflection activities for Modules 7-8)

I will send out reminders and zoom links as each session approaches.
